Chris and his team were on-time, efficient, and polite.  The crawlspace sealing went exactly as Crawlspace Ace said it would and what a difference it has made!  Our crawlspace insulation was wet, hanging from the floor joists and full of mold and mouse activity.  The spider crickets were a nightmare.  The Crawlspace Ace team has the place looking and feeling completely different.  The space is now warm, dry and free of varmints.  The moldy, musty smell has practically disappeared!  There is compelling research available which convinced us that a total sealing of our crawlspace was the best way to keep the foundation and crawlspace dry.  The drier the better for deterring mold, rot, and termites.  Chris has done his own research in finding the best product and method available for sealing the crawlspace.  Although it is not easily visible, I believe sealing the crawlspace was very important to the maintenance of our home.
